We appreciate your interest in becoming a sponsor of our 30th Anniversary Celebration on September 14, 2011. It is going to be great fun. If you would like additional information, just click here.

Please select your level of sponsorship on the next page. We promise – $5000 is the highest level of donation, not the only one. We also have a place on the form for you to indicate a donation of a door prize, auction or food item. Just let us know what you want to do to be involved.

Once you complete the form and hit the submit button you can select your method of payment. If you wish to make your donation immediately, you can do so using the “Click to Pay” button. This will take you to our PayPal payment site. You can use your PayPal account if you have one, or you can select “Don’t have a PayPal account” and use any credit card on their secure payment site. You can also choose to mail your check to or office with a copy of your registration form (all directions are at the payment section of the registration). Or you can select the Invoice option and we will invoice you. Just remember that we will need payment quickly as we are fast approaching the event date.
